4. Client Responsibilities

Compliance: Follow the training, nutrition, and lifestyle plans provided. Any deviation should be discussed with your coach.
Communication: Maintain regular communication with your coach, providing feedback and updates as required.
Safety: Listen to your body and avoid exercises or activities that cause pain or discomfort. Inform your coach immediately of any injuries or health concerns.

5. Payment and Fees

Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full before services commence. Payment options will be provided upon registration.
Refund Policy: Refunds are not available for services rendered. However, if you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss possible solutions.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Failure to do so will result in the session being counted as completed.

Personal Information: Your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing coaching services.

Termination by Client: You may terminate your services at any time by providing written notice. Refunds will not be issued for unused services.
Termination by Provider: We reserve the right to terminate services if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions or if we determine that our services are not suitable for you.
